Kitzbühel is a medieval city in Tyrol, Austria, situated along the river Kitzbühler Ache, now best known as a ski resort. Kitzbühel is one of Austriaʼs best known and fanciest winter sport resorts, situated between the mountains Hahnenkamm (5616 ft., 1712 m) and Kitzbühler Horn (6548 ft., 1996 m). The Hahnenkamm is home of the annual world cup ski races, including the circuitʼs most important event, the downhill race on the famous Streif slope. This downhill is counted as one of the hardest downhill competitions in the world cup. During summer time Kitzbühel also hosts an ATP tennis tournament on clay, the Austrian Open.

The Oberlehner Private Trust owns two exclusive properties in Kitzbühel. One in Reith, the other in Jochberg.

The Chalet in Reith is fully- and luxuriously equipped with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and a spa including a sauna. The interior design was done by famous German designer Otto Kern, and the Chalet was completely renovated in 2010. The Chalet lies on a beautiful hillside bathing in the sun almost the whole day. Beautifully decorated it offers everything what is needed to fully and cosy relax during a cold snowy Winter.

The house is equipped with all amenities needed, including spa, wine cellar, kitchen, garage and a garden. In close range, 5 min by car, lies the beautiful and modern Skiing Resort of Kitzbühel. Kitzbühel is not only known for it’s high class skiing resort, but also for its high class restaurants and romantic city center. Kitzbühel downtown is located about 15 minutes by foor or also about 5 minutes by car.
