Welcome to the internet presence of the Oberlehner Privatstiftung. We are a small privat trust, based in Linz, Austria. We are engaged in the sustainable investment of our capital in most Western European countries. Besides the normal mixture of stocks and bonds, we also have a strong focus on real estate projects. This includes renovation, as well as green field projects.

Real Estate offers a high level of security and a sustainable investment. Especially objects in good location have the potential to increase in value. The Oberlehner Private trust invests in houses and villas all around Europe. We especially focus on a prime location and further potential of our objects. Little extras like swimming pools, underground parking space and fitness areas are contributing to the long-term attractivity of our real estate.
